Job Summary
Part-time Sales Lead at Build-A-Bear Workshop in the Mall at Tuttle Crossing, Dublin, OH. As Floor Leader on Duty, lead a team of Bear Builders to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve store sales goals; model Experience First behaviors; provide feedback to management; when not Floor Leader, serve as Bear Builder delivering outstanding guest experiences and upholding brand standards. Responsibilities include guiding associates, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a warm, inclusive atmosphere. Preferred qualifications include Build-A-Bear store associate experience and an associate’s degree (or higher) in business, management, or related field.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week
