Job Summary
Sales Lead role focusing on delivering personalized customer experiences and providing guidance and support to associates. Collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions and step in as manager when needed. Assist with onboarding and developing an engaged team, uphold brand and visual standards, drive a seamless omnichannel shopping experience using available tools, and coach associates to bring their best to customer interactions. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Location: Store 0970-Kendall Village-ANN-Miami, FL 33183. 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred) and management experience (preferred) are noted as preferred qualifications.
