Job Summary
Model Experience First behaviors while providing exceptional guest service and actively engaging customers to ensure a warm, inclusive atmosphere. Guide and direct a team of associates during designated shifts as Floor Leader on Duty, ensuring smooth store operations and achieving sales goals. Provide feedback to management regarding performance and compliance issues. When not on duty, function as a Bear Builder, consistently meeting brand standards and guidelines. Work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, lifting over 25 pounds. Performance is measured by financial goal achievement, operational compliance, and stakeholder feedback.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to sit, stand, and move around for duration of shift
- Lift > 25 pounds
