Job Summary
Model Experience First behaviors by providing exceptional guest service and actively engaging with customers to ensure a warm, inclusive atmosphere. Guide, support, and direct a team of associates during designated shifts as a Floor Leader on Duty, focusing on smooth store operations and achieving sales goals. Provide feedback to management regarding performance and compliance issues. Uphold operational excellence by consistently meeting brand standards and guidelines while displaying strong team commitment. Work 15-25 hours per week in a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to sit, stand, and move around for duration of shift
- Lift > 25 pounds
