Job Summary
Conduct exceptional guest service and model Experience First behaviors while functioning as a Bear Builder. When designated as Floor Leader on Duty, guide and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations, achieve sales goals, and address performance or compliance issues reported to management. Maintain operational excellence by consistently meeting brand standards and fostering a warm, inclusive atmosphere. Work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, lifting over 25 pounds. Performance is measured by financial goal achievement, compliance with policies, and stakeholder feedback.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to sit, stand, and move around for duration of shift
- Lift > 25 pounds
