Job Summary
Greet customers at store displays and walk through locations to engage shoppers in conversations about home service needs. Explain product features and benefits while gathering individual requirements, then schedule appointments for Sales Consultants to visit homes for estimates. Build rapport with store leadership, attend weekly meetings and trainings, and represent the company professionally. This part-time role requires weekends and 2–3 weekdays, with shifts of 4–6 hours, and includes market value compensation of $20/hr plus a 401K match.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience working in retail
- Required to be standing/walking or sitting for 4-8 hours at a time
- Must be outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
- A+ communication and customer service skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have the ability to use smart-phone utilizing email and text
- Must be available for weekends
- Must be available for weekdays
- Must be able to work 4-6 hour shifts
