Job Summary
Guide a team of associates on designated shifts to ensure smooth store operations, achieve sales goals, and model Experience First behaviors while providing exceptional guest service. When not on duty, function as a Bear Builder by actively engaging guests, fostering a warm atmosphere, and upholding brand standards. Deliver feedback to management regarding performance and compliance issues. Work 15-25 hours per week in a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to sit, stand, and move around for duration of shift
- Lift > 25 pounds
