Job Summary
Provide exceptional guest service by actively engaging with guests and modeling Experience First behaviors while maintaining operational excellence. When designated as Floor Leader on Duty, guide and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales goals, providing feedback to management on performance and compliance issues. When not on duty, function as a Bear Builder, fostering a warm, inclusive atmosphere and consistently meeting brand standards. Work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, lifting over 25 pounds. Performance is measured by financial goal achievement, policy compliance, and stakeholder feedback within an Experience First environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to sit, stand, and move around for duration of shift
- Lift > 25 pounds
