Job Summary
The Sales Lead provides direction as a Floor Leader on Duty and models Experience First behaviors to achieve store sales goals. Responsibilities include guiding and supporting a team of associates, providing exceptional Guest service, and maintaining operational excellence. Requires strong commitment to teamwork and ability to foster a positive atmosphere for Guests. The role involves flexible scheduling and the capability to lift over 25 pounds. Ideal candidates thrive in dynamic environments, possess strong judgment skills, and are proactive in supporting team success. An Associate’s degree or prior retail experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week
