Job Summary
Guide and support a team of associates as a Floor Leader on Duty, modeling Experience First behaviors to ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales goals. Provide exceptional guest service by actively engaging visitors, fostering a warm atmosphere, and guaranteeing satisfaction. When not leading, function as a Bear Builder while consistently meeting brand standards and guidelines. Deliver feedback to management regarding performance and compliance issues. Work 15-25 hours per week in a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to sit, stand, and move around for duration of shift
- Lift > 25 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Build-A-Bear store associate experience
- Associate's (or higher) degree in business, management, or a related field
