Job Summary
As a Part Time Sales Lead at LOFT in Towson, MD, you will support and role model exemplary customer experiences while guiding and coaching associates. You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed. You will onboard and develop an effective, highly engaged team, uphold visual and operational standards, foster an inclusive store environment, and drive a seamless omnichannel shopping experience through technology and promotions. You will provide in-the-m moment feedback, build productive relationships, and organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines while contributing to sales performance and brand representation.
Required Qualifications
- retail sales experience preferred (6-months)
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
