Job Summary
Provide exceptional Guest service by actively engaging with customers and modeling Experience First behaviors. Guide, support, and direct a team of associates during designated shifts to ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales goals. Uphold operational excellence by consistently meeting brand standards, providing feedback on performance and compliance issues, and fostering a warm, inclusive atmosphere. Work 15-25 hours per week in a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred experience at Build-A-Bear stores.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to sit, stand, and move around for duration of shift
- Lift > 25 pounds
