Job Summary
Associate I, Retail Sales Floor at the Lakeside Store focuses on keeping the sales floor well stocked and organized, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness. Responsibilities include stocking and merchandising product by category, researching item value when needed, communicating needs to the manager, assisting customers with product questions, ensuring pricing alignment with Goodwill standards, and supporting other departments as needed. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 year retail experience preferred
- Prior visual merchandising experience preferred
- Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to make decisions
- Ability to use basic technologies to follow company standards
- Ability to assess product quality and value
- Color vision and eye-hand coordination for merchandising and pricing tasks
