Job Summary
The Associate I, Retail Sales Floor helps keep the sales floor well stocked and organized, assists customers with service and product questions, maintains cleanliness and merchandising standards, supports pricing decisions, and collaborates with managers and other departments. Responsibilities include restocking, ensuring shelves are categorized and color-coordinated, pulling old or unsold items as needed, assisting production by communicating needs to the manager on duty, providing excellent customer service following the 10-foot rule, supporting e-commerce product identification, and cross-training in other areas as required. The role requires attention to detail, ability to work a varied schedule including evenings/weekends, and adherence to safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- One (1) year of retail experience is preferred
- Prior visual merchandising experience is preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, managers, supervisors, staff, and peers
- Must be able to work a varied schedule which may include weekends, evenings and holidays as needed with occasional overtime
