Job Summary
Assist customers with purchases through relationship selling while maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Brick products and services. Work with the team to accomplish shared goals by quickly establishing rapport in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. Manage all shifts as required, including evenings and weekends, to support the company's expansion of its sales force.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask and stay organized
