Job Summary
Conduct property viewings, ensuring security after each appointment and returning keys promptly. Register and qualify applicants to assess suitability and financial position before arranging viewings. Promote properties and services to achieve targets while feeding back applicant needs to managers and adding accurate notes to in-house systems. Provide a professional, friendly, and efficient service to all applicants and clients. Full UK driving licence and own car with business insurance required. Schedule includes Saturdays 9:00am – 1:00pm and Mondays 10:00am – 4:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
- Own car with appropriate business use insurance
