Job Summary
Stock merchandise, perform light cleaning, and manage in-store, telephonic, and internet sales to maintain the overall appearance of the West Point Association of Graduates Retail Operation. Handle product receiving, tagging, and web fulfillment while providing customer service. Work off-site events for Class Reunions, Graduation, and Reception Day, as well as football games and the busy holiday season. Be available for occasional nights and weekends. Lift up to 25lbs, climb ladders, and stand or walk for extended periods. This role requires strong organizational and oral communication skills, with sales or cashier experience preferred. Incumbents must be under 18 and provide working papers.
