Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while adhering to operational, loss prevention, and merchandising standards. Participate in store recovery, support shrink reduction goals, and maintain safety awareness throughout the day. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. Requires excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and lift heavy objects. Starting pay ranges from $13.00 to $13.50 per hour.
