Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases, process returns, and count change while upholding merchandising and loss prevention standards. Cross-train to support multiple store areas, participate in store recovery, and contribute to shrink reduction goals. Adhere to all operational procedures, labor laws, and safety awareness protocols. Work a flexible schedule with a starting pay of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
