Part time sales associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while adhering to operational, loss prevention, and merchandising standards. Support store recovery, participate in shrink reduction goals, and uphold safety awareness protocols. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. This part-time role at Sierra, a TJX brand, requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Starting pay ranges from $13.50 to $14.00 per hour.
