Job Summary
Part-Time Sales Associate at TJX family stores (TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, etc.) responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, processing purchases, handling returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and supporting loss prevention standards. Role may be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas; duties include following established procedures for merchandise preparation, store recovery, and adherence to labor laws. Strong emphasis on customer service, communication, adaptability to changes, teamwork, and contributing to a positive store culture.
Required Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Retail store experience preferred
