Job Summary
Provide recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements for homeowners and trade professionals while working with interior designers. Build lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations and understand product installation to educate clients. Track store orders, provide product updates, and monitor individual sales goals to contribute to team targets. Present yourself professionally at all times while working 20-30 hours per week at $19/hour plus uncapped commissions. This role supports The Tile Shop's mission of inspiring home decor ideas across its 140+ store network.
