Job Summary
Provide friendly, personalized customer service and styling support while assisting clients with product recommendations to meet sales targets. Maintain store visual standards, process transactions accurately using the POS system, and manage inventory tasks including restocking and merchandise receiving. Contribute to general store organization and adhere to company policies and loss prevention standards. This seasonal role requires flexible availability for evenings and weekends, with physical demands including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 lbs. Located at the Wrentham Outlets in Boston, the position supports the sales team in delivering an elevated customer experience for Joseph Ribkoff's fashion-forward women's collection.
