Job Summary
Greet guests, assist in merchandise selection and purchase, and resolve service issues effectively. Enter guest and sales data into the POS system accurately, obtain signatures, and present or replace jewelry from stock. Repair, polish, or solder jewelry if over 18, utilize the GUESTS program, and provide knowledgeable product information using in-store tools. Box and wrap sales for gift presentation while achieving individual and store key performance metrics. Assist store management with overall presentation standards, daily housekeeping, and required meetings. Multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and organizational skills.
