Greet and assist customers promptly by acknowledging their presence, offering personalized recommendations, and managing multiple shoppers simultaneously. Utilize product knowledge to answer questions, guide customers to relevant merchandise, and execute suggestive selling techniques while maintaining visual merchandising standards. Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle inventory management tasks including restocking, organizing displays, and accessing high storage areas. Maintain a clean, professional store environment and participate in promotions and sales events. Available to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts as necessary.
