Job Summary
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner while actively engaging them to understand needs and offer product recommendations. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets, stay informed on current products and promotions, and ensure accurate pricing and product information. Support visual merchandising, maintain store and back-of-house standards, and process transactions using the point-of-sales system. Manage inventory, organize the stockroom, replenish the shop floor, and communicate daily needs with management. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting over 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and working weekends and evenings.
Required Qualifications

- Experience in customer service, retail preferred
- Interact with customers in a loud and often busy environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and engage in repetitive activities
- Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders and use a stepping stool
- Flexible to work weekends and evenings
- Must be eligible to work in the US
- Proficient in English, written and spoken
