Job Summary
Assist clientele and support operational and sales needs by understanding the Lilly Pulitzer brand concept, merchandise, and heritage. Demonstrate the brand's selling culture through exceptional service, product knowledge, personalized outreach, and active listening to drive sales and develop client relationships. Maintain visual and operational standards while providing continuous feedback to the store management team on selling opportunities. Be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours in a fast-paced retail environment. This part-time, hourly role is based in-store and may require flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
- Understand the overall concept of the Lilly Pulitzer brand, including the lifestyle, the client, the merchandise, and the heritage
- Demonstrate the Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure client experience
- Drive sales by providing an exceptional service while utilizing product knowledge, market trends, personalized outreach, and active listening/communication to clientele
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Help maintain Lilly Pulitzer's visual and operational standards as set by the Visual and Retail Operations teams
- Provide continuous feedback to store management team on store selling opportunities and successes
- Understand, embrace, and exhibit the Core Values set forth by Lilly Pulitzer
- This position is classified as a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position
- This position is based In-Store at our Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location
- Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- This position is expected to collaborate effectively with other individuals in alignment with our Core Values
- This position requires compliance with Lilly Pulitzer policies and a detailed Code of Conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail or client service experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred
- Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus
