Job Summary
Part-time Sales Associate responsible for optimizing the IKEA shopping experience in the Bangkok area, engaging customers to identify needs, advising on home furnishings, ensuring merchandising standards, processing payments/returns/click-and-collect, and contributing to a first-time-right shopping experience. Requires knowledge of the IKEA product range, ability to communicate in English, a minimum 24-hour weekly commitment (6-8 hours per day, 4 days a week) with availability on at least two weekdays plus weekends, and a customer-oriented attitude.
