Job Summary
Provide exceptional guest service by assisting customers in creating personalized furry friends while actively engaging with them to demonstrate genuine enthusiasm. Maintain a dependable, flexible presence in an active retail environment, lifting up to 25 pounds and moving around for the duration of your shift. Your performance will be measured by achieving annual department objectives, executing operational standards, and contributing to an Experience First culture.
