Part-time sales associate

Part-time sales associate at HomeGoods (TJX Companies). Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandising, and loss-prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs. Role models customer experience practices with internal and external customers; supports a positive store culture; accurately rings purchases/returns and handles change; promotes credit and loyalty programs; maintains merchandising standards; processes merchandise for the sales floor; participates in store recovery, safety, and labor-law adherence; supports shrink reduction programs; and performs other duties as assigned. Requires excellent customer service skills, a flexible schedule, strong communication/organizational skills, ability to multitask, and the ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.
