Job Summary
Greet and assist guests in merchandise selection and purchase, entering sales data, returns, and special orders into the POS system with proper signatures. Present jewelry from stock, repair or polish items if over 18, and utilize the GUESTS program during floor and phone interactions. Box and wrap sales for gift presentation while achieving individual and store key performance metrics. Provide knowledgeable product information using in-store tools, assist store management with presentation standards and daily housekeeping, and attend all required meetings. Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong communication and organizational skills.
