Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe's: welcome customers, help them find the right products and services, answer questions, assist with locating and handling merchandise, stock shelves, prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint/paint, cut/pipe, wood, drywall, blinds), process orders and deliveries, and cross-train across departments to deliver excellent customer service in various store areas (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Nursery, Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Tool Rental, Pro Services). Roles emphasize helping customers with home improvement solutions, maintaining merchandise, and delivering friendly, professional service.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
