Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store needs through cross-training, merchandising, and merchandise preparation. Participate in store recovery, shrink reduction goals, safety awareness, and feedback loops. Uphold labor laws and policies while promoting credit and loyalty programs. Work flexible day and night shifts at the Sierra store in Dubuque, IA, earning $13.25 to $13.75 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
