Job Summary
Greet and assist guests in selecting and purchasing merchandise while resolving issues effectively. Enter sales, returns, special orders, and repair data into the POS system accurately, obtaining proper signatures. Present jewelry from stock, repair, polish, or solder items (if over 18), and utilize the GUESTS program during interactions. Box and wrap sales for gift presentation and provide knowledgeable product information using in-store tools. Achieve individual key performance metrics and assist store management in meeting overall KPIs and company standards. Perform daily housekeeping and maintenance duties, attend required meetings, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
