Job Summary
Greet and assist guests in merchandise selection and purchase while resolving issues effectively. Enter sales, returns, and special order data into the POS system accurately and obtain proper signatures. Present jewelry from stock, repair, polish, or solder items for guests over 18, and box and wrap sales for gift presentation. Utilize the GUESTS program during in-store and phone interactions and provide knowledgeable product information using in-store tools. Achieve individual key performance metrics and assist store management in meeting overall store presentation standards and daily housekeeping duties. Attend all required meetings and demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
