Job Summary
Greet guests, assist with merchandise selection and purchases, and resolve guest issues effectively. Enter sales, returns, special orders, engraving, and repair data into the POS system accurately, obtaining proper signatures. Present jewelry from stock, replace items post-sale, and perform repairs, polishing, or soldering if over 18. Utilize the GUESTS program during interactions, provide product knowledge using in-store tools, and box and wrap sales for gift presentation. Achieve individual and store key performance metrics while assisting management with overall store presentation and daily housekeeping. Attend all required meetings and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
