Job Summary
Welcome customers to the store, answer their queries, and guide them to find personalized looks while actively seeking out shoppers. Process point-of-sale purchases, handle returns, and cross-sell products to follow and achieve department sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Maintain in-stock, presentable assigned areas by stocking and processing shipments, ensuring a seamless experience through stocking and cleaning tasks. Build productive trust relationships with customers and collaborate with team members to drive business success. Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Basic Math skills
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Familiarity with inventory procedures
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
