Job Summary
Understand customers' unique needs and recommend appropriate ACE products and services while communicating effectively to build trust. Provide exceptional customer service by handling cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services with strict compliance to industry regulations. Prioritize accuracy and confidentiality in all transactions. Listen actively and empathize with customer challenges to foster lasting relationships. Work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit, occasionally traveling to multiple stores daily. Requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working 10-12 hours in a confined area. High school diploma required; Spanish proficiency welcomed.
