Job Summary
Part-time Sales Associate leveraging customer service and sales skills to understand customers’ needs and recommend ACE products and services. Responsibilities include providing exceptional service, handling cash-related duties (cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, card services), maintaining accuracy and confidentiality, and complying with industry regulations. The role benefits from an entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work independently, and a focus on store performance. Preferred requirements include two or more years of retail experience and Spanish proficiency. Travel is primarily local with occasional multi-store travel in a day; physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working 10–12 hour shifts as required by state labor laws.
