Job Summary
Understand customers' unique needs and recommend appropriate ACE products and services while communicating effectively to build trust. Handle a wide range of services including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services with strict compliance. Prioritize accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to industry regulations and safety guidelines. Work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit, listening actively and empathizing with challenges to foster lasting relationships. Stand for extended periods, walk, reach, stoop, bend, and engage in active verbal communication. Lift and move up to 25 lbs occasionally. Work 10-12 hours in a confined area, with local travel to multiple stores daily as necessary.
