Job Summary
Understand customers' unique needs and recommend appropriate ACE products and services while communicating effectively to build trust. Provide exceptional customer service to foster lasting relationships and handle diverse services including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. Prioritize accuracy, confidentiality, and strict compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines. Work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit, listening actively and empathizing with challenges to deliver tailored solutions. Travel locally to multiple stores daily as needed. Requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working 10-12 hours in a confined area. High school diploma required; Spanish proficiency welcomed.
