Job Summary
Deliver an amazing customer experience by building rapport with regulars, providing fashion consultation, and driving store sales results. Manage daily operations including staying on top of stock levels, maintaining in-store visual merchandising, and supporting store reserves. Rotate through the sales floor, front register, fitting room assistance, and other store areas while working flexible weekend rosters including late-night trade. Required Qualifications
- Must be flexible to work rotational weekend roster including late-night trade
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Must be self-driven
- Must be able to work well either in a team or autonomously
- Must have an eye for fashion styling
- Must be able to continuously exceed customers' expectations
- Must have a satisfactory police record check
- Must be subject to on-going satisfactory police records checks
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail (preferably fashion)
