Job Summary
Create personalized service for customers to find ideal jewellery pieces while achieving set sales targets and KPIs. Complete in-house training to maintain product knowledge, sales skills, and adherence to policies and procedures. Handle operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping. Work across a seven-day store roster with flexibility for individual and team productivity. Required Qualifications
- Exceptional 1-on-1 selling skills
- A proven track record of achieving beyond sales targets and KPIs
