Job Summary
Conduct retail sales and operate Point-of-Sale devices while collecting, sorting, and pricing donations in the Grafton store. Manage visual merchandising and store presentation by displaying stock correctly, and deliver exceptional customer service in line with TSA core values. Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety policies and follow all procedure guidelines. This permanent part-time role includes Saturday work on a rolling roster and requires flexibility across various retail locations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Genuine passion and proven ability to deliver outstanding results in a rewarding, complex retail environment
- High energy, hand-on individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibly to work a rolling roster including weekends
- preparedness to work across various locations in the retail area
- Successful completion of a Working with Children Check
- A mandatory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
