Job Summary
Sales Assistant role on the front line in one of the UK’s busiest store networks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, helping them find the right product, delivering strong customer service, keeping the shop floor tidy and stocked, replenishing shelves, processing transactions quickly and accurately, promoting current offers and upsell opportunities, and working as part of a team to hit daily sales and service goals. Emphasis on a confident, friendly attitude, strong communication, teamwork, flexibility, and reliability in a fast-paced retail environment.
