Job Summary
Drive daily sales by utilizing StoreForce dashboard results to exceed goals while delivering personalized product recommendations and demonstrations to every customer. Cultivate a positive shop environment by educating shoppers on brand values such as ethical sourcing and animal testing-free practices, and host community events to drive traffic. Maintain operational excellence through clean merchandising, real-time inventory adjustments, and strict adherence to safety and opening/closing procedures. Work 20-29 hours weekly in a fast-paced setting, balancing customer consultations with team development and DEIB initiatives.
