Job Summary
Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences by utilizing StoreForce dashboard results to exceed daily goals and demonstrating unique product benefits. Cultivate strong team relationships while educating customers on brand values such as ethical buying and animal testing stances through store parties and community initiatives. Maintain a clean, organized store environment by adjusting product displays based on sales and adhering to company policies for opening, closing, and health and safety. Expand product knowledge continuously to make informed recommendations and actively participate in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging efforts. Work 20-29 hours weekly with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
