Job Summary
Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences by utilizing StoreForce dashboard results to exceed daily goals and providing personalized product recommendations. Educate shoppers on brand values including ethical sourcing and vegetarian ingredients while demonstrating unique product benefits. Maintain a clean, organized store environment through visual merchandising and real-time display adjustments based on sales. Participate in team development, host store parties to drive traffic, and ensure strict adherence to opening/closing policies and health and safety standards. Work 20-29 hours weekly with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays at the Maine Mall location.
