Job Summary
Oversee assigned Soccer Shots programs across Berks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties by leading engaging soccer sessions for children aged 18 months through 8 years while following the approved curriculum. Take ownership of sites including schools, childcare centers, and parks by arriving 15 minutes early, reviewing attendance notes, and connecting professionally with teachers, directors, and families. Manage administrative duties such as cross-referencing schedules, completing payroll documentation, maintaining incident reports, and supporting end-of-season materials. Coach approximately 30 sessions weekly during peak seasons, support substitute coverage, and assist with demonstrations, camps, and community outreach. Maintain dependable availability five days per week, including one weekend day, while traveling reliably between locations.
