Maintain guest rooms and suites to a fresh, welcoming standard, ensuring every space is memorable and ready for relaxation or work. Assist guests with basic needs like toiletries and directions, while monitoring supplies to minimize waste and log lost-and-found items per established procedures. Follow safety protocols, wear protective equipment, and stay organized with amenities and inventory. Work as part of a team, communicating across departments to ensure service quality, and may assist with deep cleaning, turndown duties, or ad-hoc tasks as assigned. This physical role requires standing most of the day, lifting up to 50 pounds, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
